What a joke. I asked chatgpt if this was actually Doge like the shitcoin and it replied the following:

I believe it is referring to the newly formed “Department Of Government Efficiency” and tracking the total amount of money they’ve cut from the budget. But I could be wrong 🤷🏼‍♂️
