Yes. Remember how disastrous the Saddam regime change went…if Vlad (for example) were to be nixed, can there be anyone better who can/will step into the breach? One has to define better, from whose perspective, can consensus be reached and implemented for the highest percentage of good? Define good in a practical sense for the people.
