Good morning all y'all! It's COLD this morning! LOL 36*F on the front porch. Spent yesterday pressure canning beef, "fixing" the pantry, and associated stuff. Dad has lab work this morning then hopefully back to processing. I might make some jerkey.

If you make jerkey, what is your favorite recipe?

I mostly use premade jerky seasoning, it's LEM Backwoods. I did one recipe I found online and it's not as good as the kits.
