Fair enough. He said he posted the same ad twice in a 24hr period. It might help to define what 'short period' means.

If you've already implemented the algorithm, then the time-window has already been defined. It would be easy to tell people what it is.
You can make the assessment yourself. This is what he did. It wasn't just 2 posts. It's hundreds of posts. So much that he is now more muted than followed.
