Sounds intriguing; I want to try. I just prepared a whole bunch of (yes, raw!) milk to become yogurt and the hot milk smell had me wishing for hot chocolate something fierce! I didn’t give in, but maybe tomorrow I’ll do this with some of the milk that’s left.
