Criticism of Israel/Zionism is not criticism of Judaism. The pressure on Western leaders to support Israel absolutely or risk being labelled a Nazi is a very real and longstanding problem for Palestinians. Falsely equating Israel with Judaism is a core tactic of Zionists everywhere.
You may find however that many who would agree with your point (and perhaps mine) are proud anti-semites.
