There is no quarterly meeting of the POW experts whose edicts resulted in an “own goal”. The folks doing the science are rarely in front of a hot mic. If you are going to call something a “charade” yet can’t pass a pop-quiz in physics, chemistry or biology you are trusting someone else for your opinions in these things. You cannot fake proof of work. That’s the point.
