After 12-13 mins, they look a bit wet but they will become more solid as they cool down.

Just saw the recipe ;-)
I forgot to mention it has zero #sugar. It better than I anticipated, I like the subtle taste of coconut but damn it it taste anything apart from “cookie” without sugar.
