Same thing happened with Woodrow Wilson after his stroke. His wife, Edith, was probably running the country for the rest of his term.
True, which is why I say the U.S. has already had it's first female president. But that was before there was a 25th Amendment to handle such circumstances, which was deliberately side-stepped in regards to Biden. The media in Wilson's day was also probably ignorant of the facts, unlike the media in our day which was wilfully complicit in covering up and lying about Biden's condition. (Which reminds me of how the media went out of their way to not publicly display Franklin Roosevelt in his wheelchair or suffering any effects of polio).
The most interesting question to me remains. Who was in charge? Leading up to the 2024 election, this was a question I could never get answered.
It would be great if the Trump Administration made it a point to find this out, reveal it, and prosecute. Otherwise, the same shadowy figures can get back into power in subsequent elections.
