There isn’t solution, because “spam” is not a problem. There’s nothing wrong with JPEGS being added to the blockchain, if they pay the fee.

In fact, it’s good to have a secondary market to pay for miners.

You’re obsessing over a fake issue.

If it wasn’t for social media and a bunch of influencers (Mechanic, Matt Kratter, etc.), you would never have even noticed or cared about this so-called “problem.”
