Maybe someone higher up in state govt is sicking agencies on them to clear out farmland for a “donor” to buy up.

Hopefully the ranch can fend off these looting pieces of shit.
Even if they resoundingly win against the state they have so many legal bills it’ll probably still bankrupt them and they have to gold in their operations.
