I don't know how they came up with that number. It's possible that it's not accurate. However, Linux users tend to be more vigilant about blocking tracking compared to users of other operating systems, so the actual number could be higher. For reference, on my blog, the numbers are (from server-side logs):

45% Windows

18% macOS

23% Linux

14% Rest (iOS, Android, FreeBSD, ChromeOS etc).
