I would say they aren't ready for this brain drain but I'm pretty sure they don't want anyone with an IQ above room temp around. So many H1Bs are going to be needed to fill the technical skills hole this is likely to open.

I kinda feel like I should have seen this one coming but I missed it. Feels really obvious after the fact. Eugenics was never just skin color.
If you're an exploitative employer, you can profit from this big government sureveillance gone wild. Pay to get a list of top notch talent, and just have a couple project managers to keep people focused on the task at hand instead of going on side quests. #SilverLining?
