Especially since most trash companies lie and lump it all together in a land fill anyway. With compost you don't trust, you verify. In worms we trust. 🪱
Yeah. Actual recycling levels aside, dumping food into landfills so it can off-gas methane and take up space, rather than return nutrients to the soil is just dumb.
