There are reasons even for authoritarian to be for Btc. I hope he is not aspiring dictator but i don’t know it.

I believe a good portion of his countrymen consider him a dictator. A benevolent one maybe.
Bitcoin breaks censorship. Authoritarians flourish on censorship. What are the reasons you mention?
They don't have controll over they currency. So it's weak point if controll have someone end. Moving to own currency is problematic. Bitcoin is safe bet for some monetary independence instead of co troll by USA.
