I don’t have enough water stored, or food for several months. Been on my mind a lot lately.

When is the point where one keeps the passports (and maybe a hardware wallet) in a rucksack so you can grab it and leave at a moment’s notice? Saying that, a new rucksack may have just been added to my “must buy now” list.

I have a bug out bag, but realistically I think it’s too risky to run. Can’t carry enough food water shelter guns and ammo. Living off the land is only in movies. Only way I’m leaving my home is if it’s a localized tragedy/ disaster. Crossing a border would mean leaving my guns behind and then I’m a defenseless foreigner at the mercy of the locals. If gas stations are closed, maybe I can make it 600 miles tops but that is if roads are open and safe.
