I think a close friends feature feels more natural and could be used for other things like private/giftwrapped stories and notes

Just dropped one of my 'top friends' off at the rehab, didn't feel safe with him in my basement right now.

Man did he ever fix the track on my kitchen drawer before we left though, boy I couldn't have found anyone better for that
