What if .... Congress passes a law to withdraw all of their insane laws on til tok instead?

I agree, the laws are insane. In my personal opinion, code is speech and according to the 1st amendment Congress shall make no law...yada, yada, yada; but they did make a law banning speech.

Again, I think the TikTok ban should be unconstitutional.

It's not up to me however. The Supreme Court ruled otherwise.

The fact that the executive branch now just writes executive orders to overturn the Supreme Court's ruling is bat-shit fucking crazy. That's why I created this nym. Seems like you had a simmilar idea.😂

That's for dang sure. Just nuts.

Congress absolutely has all the power. They can I'mpeach him, reduce all executice monies, limit powers to just the constitution, and so on.

They are all political hacks however and scared of power. Both sides.

The framers did not see that one coming.
