Had some scary moments as a new father.

Few weeks ago he had a seizure in my arms. It really makes you reflect on how brittle life can be and how important our job is as a shepherd of life.

Luckily it was a fairly common seizure that can happen at that age and their temperamental bodies dealing with fever fluctuations and temperatures.

Regardless it was intense and absolutely scary, he’s doing well.

This is the first time I’m bringing it up on Nostr.

I am glad that your son is fine. I'm sure it was scary as hell. My sister told me a similar story with my nephew. He is 3 and still gets them when he gets very high fevers. πŸ«‚πŸ«‚πŸ«‚

Whenever it happens. It will increase the chance of happening again.

We just have to monitor him much more avidly.

With that said it stops when they turn 5.

Very odd πŸ˜
