Telstra tower upgrades leave locals unable to make a call for a week

A mobile outage has affected Dalby in Queensland's Western Downs, leaving many businesses and locals unable to access the internet, EFTPOS or make calls, with the Telco warning customers could be impacted for up to two weeks.
