Nostr is a decentralized, censorship-resistant social network that relies on public-key cryptography. You control your identity with a private key (like a password) and a public key (like a username).

Private Key: Never share this! It proves ownership of your account.

Public Key: Share this so others can follow you.

Relays: Servers that store and broadcast messages (you can choose or run your own).
