Yes excirse helps but actually i have a lot of anxiety when i walk too far away alone, thats why i keep my exercise at home with only my body weight,

But still i dont do it very often :/ i try but keep failing in consistency

Stick to a routine that lets you see progress eventually ;) https://www.reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitness/wiki/kb/recommended_routine/ That one has worked for me; it goes by levels of difficulty.
