Round 9:

In a daring move, you attempt to absorb the incoming lightning bolt with your own magical energy. You extend your hands towards the bolt, channeling your power to counteract its destructive force. However, the lightning proves to be too powerful for you to handle. The surge of electricity overwhelms your defenses, causing a catastrophic feedback loop.

Your body convulses with the immense energy, and you collapse to the ground, unconscious. Professor Alaric rushes to your side, but it is too late. The surge of lightning magic has taken its toll, and your life force fades away.
