if they also additionally monitor illegals why not ...
what makes it suspicious to me though is - how many illegals actually use the internet ? maybe for youtube or cragislist - but how many of them actually talk about politics online ?
in my estimate probably maybe 1% ... so if you're waiting for an illegal to post that they hate America you may be waiting a long time ...
