I screw this up all the time. I want to be as economical with the bags because I'm a cheapskate Bitcoiner. So I make the bags too short. Then I can't close it or I can, but it leaks and breaks the seal. 😡

That was me, too. I now give extra length to bags and just let that shit go.
Now I never have issues with juice coming up to the seal under vacuum.
