see a lot of friends & colleagues stressing about this or that X drama/news/changes
opting out has given me a lot of scarce time back with which to build (new project 👀), edify myself (read more, explore new topics), & enjoy life (cook, hike, workout, family time)
not judging anyone for using it, but reminder you are the guardian of your time & ya always have a choice
what drama? actually idgaf. i only go on there long work days to fulfill social interaction with irl friends tbh.
