The constitution has been deleted in 2020 already when people were locked into their homes and since then violated multiple times. Most recently by passing the "Heitzungsgesetz" and now again. There is no more constitution for those who've been elected to "administrate" this country. Everything comes from the unelected EU Commission which is making policy and laws above and beyond national laws or constitutions.

National elections also don't matter any more. They exist to give EU citizens the illusion that they're still living in democratic countries while agendas and laws are passed by the unelected commission run by (and for) industrial lobbyists.
