We transplanted the 4 plants I started from small roots a couple years ago. It easily broke up into 16 large root pieces. I put some into a milk crate and will let them grow into a spot and then when the roots are deep enough in the ground twist the box and move it somewhere else leaving behind roots to grow or maybe I'll shove a machete between the crate and the ground. Ilwhat do you use the salve for? I use comfrey to heal and broadleaf plantain to pull and clean wounds. #comfrey #permaculture #perennial #herbalist
