A few Normie friends have commented that and njump.me hyperlinks look like malware.

It could be that screenshots are a more consumer tech, friendly approach to sharing nostr content outside of nostr.

It would be better if there was an embeddable note, similar to how you could embed tweets. That way, others can begin deep linking to notes from clearnet websites and folks can use a njump or nostr.band to go further into nostr.

I agree that Njump URLs doen't have a great usability, but are necessary. Screenshots have many limitations, starting with the fact that it has no interactivity to bring the user back to Nostr.

Btw a lot of services have really long and weird URLs, see Amazon.

They're rendered prettily on the other side, is the thing. If there were an njump hyperlink function on Twitter, then they could be made to look prettier, from that end. Like how Nostrudel does.

They will learn.

I'm not against screenshots either.
