What is your favourite non-fiction book you've read this year and why?

Mine is below and here are why:

In my quest to understand my emotions and regulate it, I have finally found the book that gives me a closer look of why we behave the way we do. Why people are capable of heinous deed? What drives us to atocity and whether it can happen over night.

I am invested of it due to my own experience at work place and the people I interact with. Sometimes I find myself flabbergasted at people's behaviour. This book gives me the insight backed by 200+ studies of at least 70 years of research that the main stream would deny us knowing.

Have fun out there! ☺️

i re-read Atomic Habits by James Clear, it's very inspirational

What inspires you from the book?

it makes you feel like you can do anything with just small changes πŸš€

πŸ’― agree. I read a quote from the 'Limitless Mind' by Jim Kwik: "what you believe is 'true' or not, either way you are right". this opens so much horizon for you. It means "we" are our own limitation. The self talk can make or break your dreams.
