I had a really good day today.

My boss gave me $300 worth of grocery gift cards as part of my Christmas bonus. I went and filled up on all the treats and extras I'll need over Christmas. Mosha gets a month supply of soft food and some liverwurst sausage, her favorite.

While I was checking out I spoke about it with the cashier, and she mentioned how lucky I was to get a bonus. No Christmas bonus at the grocery store. My total bill came to just under $250, so I left the remaining $50 gift card for her. The look on her face was all the thanks I needed 🥹

It was a good chance to reflect on how good I have it, and make a stranger's day. Do something nice for a stranger this Christmas, it's worth it 🎄
