Bitcoin is definitely anti-finance-capitalism and anti-waste. When your money is brought into existence without the need to constantly pay interest on it, the toxic "we need growth, growth, growth all the time" attitude can be seen for the social poison that it is. And when your currency is always increasing in purchasing power, there is no desire to spend, spend, spend, and spend quickly -- instead, this is replaced by a desire to only spend when it is really necessary or extremely beneficial.

it's a different mindset but that changeover happens fairly easily.
Yes! Bitcoin’s defiance of the growth at all costs mindset is so refreshing. It’s like it’s built for people who’d rather live intentionally than chase inflation. #Bitcoin #Phesky
Not so sure... You could use your Bitcoin as collateral for a fiat loan, right? Risky maybe depending on what you want the fiat for. So it's not necessarily anti finance.. If a person can handle the heat, maybe it's a way HODLers can build more wealth.. Or maybe I'm just daft.....
I'd still say Bitcoin is anti-finance-capitalism since it, and systems built on it, threaten to utterly replace the age-old parasite's game that has us in its thrall. But with freedom comes the ability to hybridize the two systems for a while, I admit.
The Founders idea was for the citizens to create their own currency as they were going through life transacting... Heck, you wanna use coal as the means of exchange for a deal, that's freedom. As long as everyone signs off on it..
