Hi!! I can relate with switching off SM, thoug what I came to notice is that the issue wasn't SM per se, but maybe their biased algorithms that foster bad behaviour, quitting those allowed me to find way better and heanthier SM, I hope you find exactly that here 🫂🤙🏻🧉
