All the lightning node operators that’s helped route these 10,010 sat payments this week, thanks for the direct or indirect channels we have together. We all make up the lightning network making it what it is today. Buy a square and play the game. It’s more fun a running a your node ins a Raspberry Pi with a 1tb ssd…..I promise.

True, the force closed channels at high fees did scare the shit out of me though. Any tips to avoid it? Or just deal with it?
I’m not sure there’s a way to avoid it. Sometimes it just happens. I’ve have a few over the years and I just roll with it and reopen if the channel was good.
My best advice is to try to know your channel partners so you can communicate with them if you have a problem. If your having trouble and know/can notify your channel partners, I find that they will more likely than not chill and give you time to correct the issue. I don’t have a channels with big corporate type nodes so I figure they wouldn’t care about your problems and fc if you stay off line very long.
