salt makes sense, i use this in my stack with caffeine in the morning, reason being it helps the production of bile
i disagree about milk though, first, you can go for lactose reduced/free and second lactose is not high glycemic, it depends on how much lactase you release and that can be countered by another enzyme that i don't know the name of, that turns the lactose into fibre, which helps you do nice poop
