I think the keyboard pop up obscures it on mine when I click there.

Click on the field "geohash".

Type in something eg GC

get rid of keyboard popup and press teleport.

Does that work?

Otherwise I have no idea.

what does that mean?

There was/is a spammer bot on bitchat which spams the semicolon. It's become part of the lore.
