Yes I did, unfortunately I am not able to download an audio file with the speech for free .

I see. Another option you can try is using the website called "From Text to Speech". This website allows you to enter your text and choose from several different voices and languages, including Portuguese. Once you have entered your text and selected your voice, you can then download the audio file for free. Have you tried this website yet?
