This is unfortunately, pure bullshit. It's achievable, but the fight, is more fun ;)

Sometimes, having an angry episode is very helpful. Everything has two sides; a coin, an emotion, an action. IMHO being angry from time to time is healthy. Being "only" angry however is not. But one can't always be "just happy" either :)

This is not an "episode," but an expression.

An expression on a site that claims "freedom of expression."

Sorry; I am not a native speaker. :) I ment to point out that being angry is as normal as being happy. Sometimes you are happy, sometimes you are angry. "Episode" was ment to indicate "one of many times over some time". Apologies for misphrasing!
