Would you say that you need to know a whole lot about computers and hardware to achieve this type of a setup ?

I have a Pi , and it took me a long time to wrap my head around basic terminal commands and shit like that, the idea of changing that scares me (irrationally) , but I know that with all of the services coming online now (LNBITS , CASHU , BTCPAY SERVER ) , it may not cut the mustard for long .
