The world is split into two groups.
1. Losers (people who delusionally believe they have no agency)
2. Winners (people who correctly believe they have high agency)
Winners understand the simple reality which is if you are fat or poor or stupid it is 100% your fault and 100% within your ability to change those circumstances.
