i think it depends heavily in who we're talking about

the dutch monarch and prime minister, trudeau, french gov and politicians are basically given/taught a script (e.g. the one they used for covid, the one they're using for esg) from the WEF meetings and summits, to push out within their own countries.

so i'd def say dangerous in that regard..
