If anyone is near Columbus Ohio this Saturday March 2 and enjoys craft beer, please consider coming to the Pick Ohio Beer Festival!

I am on the board for Helping Hops, a non-profit community charity who advocates for local breweries and the craft beer community. Every year we put on our annual festival where local brewers bring in specialty and rare barrels for festival attendees to sample. Try them all!

This year we have 12 different breweries showcased! Come by and try all kinds of rare brews, including exclusive POBF only barrels.

Door prizes, free food, free commemorative taster glass, 50/50 drawing, auction baskets and a ton of other fun stuff!

Even if you can't come, please consider donating. All zaps on this note are split 100% to Helping Hops (hopefully I set it up right, first time using the function)

Zaps to the QR go to Helping Hops wallet.

We put on a lot of charitable works. Among them, each year, we partner with Pretentious Brewery to create Rust to Rust. Profits from this beer go towards Rural Action to help fund local river cleanup projects. The Iron Oxide waste is extracted and processed to provide some of the ink used for next years' bottle labels.

I think I set up the zap split wrong. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Please zap the QR code if you are considering donating. Any zaps I see coming to this post I'll manually forward to the Helping Hops wallet.

If it wasn’t a 4 hour drive, sounds fun

Ahh still pretty close ish haha. Make a thing of it and stay overnight. See all that Columbus has to offer!

It's a great time for sure and don't tell anyone I said this but it's basically all you cam drink. No one collects drink tickets 😉
