i dont think so, from what I understand a boost is a keysend to a lightning node and has nothing to do with nostr. this is from my old understanding though so maybe something has changed.
With boost I mean a "retweet".

Me neither. It was just an idea that crossed my mind when I found myself doing both things separately, so I thought, there should be a way to do this altogether. Maybe with a long tap over the boost button and then select the zap amount? If zero, it would be a normal "retweet".
I’ve been thinking for a while that these activities should be closely related, if not entirely mashed together. Some kind of value should be on the line to take an action, whether in the form of storage space on your relay, sats, proof of work, whatever you’re willing to dedicate to the note to “boost” it. nostr:npub1arkn0xxxll4llgy9qxkrncn3vc4l69s0dz8ef3zadykcwe7ax3dqrrh43w has been helping put this into perspective for me.
