I need to figure out how to use the evaporated milk I bought by mistake 😅 No matter how I use it, it doesn’t come out tasting good.

My assumption is that it is regular milk with less water. So you would just use it with things that already have water, like coffee or tea.

Instead of pouring regular milk on shots of espresso. You pour evaporated milk on a cup of coffee, no?
