The ATO literally expects me to keep a record of each individual zap I receive and send, the value in Australian dollars at the time I receive and send it, the full legal name of the person I send it to/receive it from.
Not even gifts or donations are safe in Australia from the tax man
that’s the reason why I don’t attach a lightning wallet. It‘s practically illegal.
