This doesn't contradicts what I said. The built database needs to be "manually checked". There's a big motivation for it because even if just one of them haven't sold their stash it can be a fortune. All the people on the list needs to convince that they already sold it... All of it. I don't say this will happen and definitely not in every country, but the financial motivation will be there for it...

I really doubt somebody with a large amount of btc, today or in the future, is going to use our app to meet strangers IRL

I literally know 2 people who already use it (that's how I heard about the app at first) and have 3 digits of Bitcoin. But in the future even 0.1 Bitcoin will be a fortune for someone and not to mention if you can grab this amount from multiple people.

The first rule of Bitcoin is to stay humble and never tell anybody how much bitcoin you own. If some people wanna take risks with their stack there’s nothing we can do about it.

All technologies can be used for good or bad.
