*Please scroll -> It is indescribable out here. So many great people have lost it all. Our friends in talent @snow.bex and @21athena came to our farm a week ago to offer us free labor for a day just because they’re great friends. Then a few days later they lost their house and two vehicles in the fire. They were staying with us when they found out. Our friend Gabe @lightdepsolutions has gone out of his way to help us with our greenhouses and other farm things over the last 5 years, and he just lost his entire business overnight which I have personally watched him build from nothing and employed some great people. Our other friends @biologiccropsolutions were one of a kind and the only grow store we enjoyed going in. Alex is the man and always kept us plugged in with what was happening in the valley. To see their store gone overnight is heartbreaking. But what really gets us is all these families that were already on their last couple dollars losing every single thing they owned. We know how strong our #cannabiscommunity is when it counts and it’s been so inspiring to see farms like @bensonarbor @oldgoldgardens @ziplockseeds and I’m sure many others behind the scenes going so hard to help, and we would like to inspire others to do what they can, including people who live in other parts of the country or other parts of the world. This is a way for you to directly help in our hour of need. So far we have donated 1000 to local migrant workers affected, 500 to local homeless who were already living in tents and lost the little they had and 500 each to two families that lost everything. These are tiny drops in a very large bucket and there are countless #gofundme pages we would like to throw dollars at. But with some seed selling efforts we hope to maximize what we can contribute and inspire other farms, businesses and people to do and give what they can because any of us could have lost it all this week. The smoke here is equivalent to smoking 25 cigs a day (something like that) and it’s only getting colder outside. Thank you community.
