I am aware we already have piracy pages online. I just think it’s a little different on a decentralized social media the masses could eventually share out in the future. Piracy pages people purposely take the risk and search for. Social media / nostr reduces that risk, no?
Question on nostr ethics:
- How do people feel about digital media being spread on nostr?
Less about the big artists who are already rich and famous, but what about the smaller upcoming ones who haven’t gotten a big contract? Not just music either - comic writers, authors, etc.
Ideally they can set up their own page and receive donation zaps, but what about piracy pages that steal their work?
