Pura Vida🤧 I got down last year at the same time with the same thing and many singer friends around too. My teacher told me it has to do with..now idk the english term for day and night being the same length. Rovnodennost. Sounds a bit witchcrafty, but it's true our bodies react to nature way more than we realize. I have to look into that more.

I have similar stuff, but I can't breathe at all. Do you people rub it around your nose too? It's pleasant, but doesn't help when the inside of head is twice as big🥲

Vicks vaporrub will melt the mucus right out.
So when I was a kid, this was the magic medicine in our house. My mom would rub it on my chest before bed or I would take warm baths in the morning. Or rub very little on your nostrils. So the mucus can run out. Um, yeah, we didn't take anything but Vicks hahaha
To this day when I say anything hurts, my mom quickly shouts rub Vic on it. Hahahaha 🤷🏽♀️
We even take baths with some of this in the bath water. Warm bath
