This is the "best" that twitter can do, because if they allow people to withdraw the money, they are considered "money transmitters" and have to go thru a million more hoops. Sad how gov't has ruined money and the free market. Glad we have Nostr now.

I believe they applied for a money transmitter license about a month or two ago for this exact reason.
